We keep a request that didn't turn into a job for up to 12 months, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details and job records for as long as tax and warranty rules require, then delete them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done. We may keep what the law requires us to (for example invoices), and we'll say so.
