Most Millbrook lots run $35 to $55 a visit, depending on size and how many beds and fences we trim around. Your estimate is a flat price per visit.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Not for mowing. Cancel any time with a week's notice.
Plowing is a seasonal contract, so sign up by November 1.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
No. We measure your lot from the street and the map, then text or call with the price.
Do you bag the clippings?
We mulch them back into the lawn, which feeds it. Bagging is available for an extra charge.
Do you plow every town you mow?
Not all of them. Plowing routes are shorter than mowing routes; the route list above shows what reaches each town.
Still run by the family that started it
Tom still leads one of our four crews and I answer the phone, so you always know who's coming.
Tom started mowing neighbors' lawns after he was laid off. I joined the next spring and built the cleanup and snow side of the business.
Today it's four two-person crews, each with its own route. We cap how many weekly lawns each route takes so the same crew can come on the same day every week. When a route fills, we start a waiting list rather than rush.
